Clear expectations for every household

Terms of Service

These terms exist so that no family relies on our technology for something it was never designed to do. They explain website use, enquiries, consultations, installations, and the limits of AI-assisted monitoring in Singapore homes.

Website Use, Enquiries and Consultations

Use this site to understand our home assistance and elderly care solutions, then contact us if you need advice about a particular household. An enquiry starts a conversation. It does not commit either party to a purchase or service.

CLAUSE 1.1

Using this website

Use the site lawfully and for personal or business research. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, send harmful code, or systematically copy or scrape its content without written permission. Site text and materials belong to Radiant Robotics or the relevant rights holder.

CLAUSE 1.2

Enquiries and information

Give us accurate details when you ask for an assessment. Include relevant information about the home, household needs, existing devices, power supply and internet connection. Please share only information you are authorised to provide.

CLAUSE 1.3

Consultations and demonstrations

A consultation or product demonstration is advisory. It helps identify possible options; it is not a medical assessment, site certification, or promise that a particular device will meet every need. Any agreed scope, price, timing and support obligations must be set out in a written proposal or service agreement.

CLAUSE 1.4

Proposals and household decisions

Check a proposal against the household's actual needs before accepting it. Tell us about access restrictions, renovation works, connectivity limits and any changes that could affect an assessment. The household remains responsible for deciding whether a solution is suitable.

Enquiries are not contracts.

02 / The home setup

Installations, Devices and Third-Party Components

Smart home and home robotics terms depend on the equipment in the home and the conditions at the time of installation. The written proposal will describe the agreed work; the practical responsibilities below still apply.

Component Responsibility What this means in practice
Power and access The household provides safe access to the agreed areas and suitable power points. Installation may need to be rescheduled if the work area is unsafe, unavailable, or not ready.
Home network The household maintains its internet service, router and local network unless the proposal says otherwise. Weak Wi-Fi, outages or router changes can interrupt device functions and alerts.
Third-party devices and platforms The relevant manufacturer or platform provider controls its own products, account and service. Updates, outages, product changes or discontinued support can alter compatibility or performance.
Household-owned equipment The household is responsible for equipment it owns, including ordinary care and following the manufacturer's instructions. Report faults promptly and do not modify installed equipment in a way that could affect safe operation.
Agreed installation and support Radiant Robotics provides only the work and support stated in the applicable written proposal or agreement. Maintenance, replacement parts and response times are covered only where the agreement says so.

This allocation is a practical guide, not a substitute for the specific scope and terms in an accepted written proposal.

CLAUSE 2.1

Before work begins

Keep the installation area accessible and tell us about relevant household restrictions before the scheduled visit. Extra work, unsafe conditions or a change to the agreed setup may require a revised scope, price or appointment.

CLAUSE 2.2

External services and maintenance

Third-party devices and platforms may have separate terms, warranties and privacy practices. We do not control their availability or future changes. Standard support does not include work that is outside the accepted agreement.

Keep manufacturer instructions close by.

03 / Read before relying on alerts

Limits of AI-Assisted Monitoring and Alerts

AI-assisted monitoring can support household awareness. It cannot observe every situation or guarantee that an alert will arrive when needed. This elderly monitoring disclaimer applies to all monitoring features unless a written agreement states a narrower scope.

Alerts can be delayed or missed

Connectivity loss, power interruptions, device condition, placement and third-party service availability can affect detection or alert delivery.

No incident detection guarantee

The system may not detect every fall, unusual movement, health event or change in routine. An alert should not be treated as proof that someone is safe.

No medical or emergency service

Our technology does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or emergency response. It is not a substitute for a monitored emergency service.

People come first

Contact Singapore emergency services when needed. Medical professionals, caregivers and direct human judgement always take precedence over an alert or an automated assessment.

For information about personal data handling, read our Privacy Policy.

04 / Service realities

Availability, Changes and Responsibility

Home visits and installations are arranged by appointment and depend on location, access, staffing and the equipment required. Availability in Singapore is confirmed case by case.

CLAUSE 4.1

Scheduling and service availability

We will confirm appointment details with you. A visit may need to move if access, safety, device supply, connectivity or other practical conditions prevent the agreed work. We will discuss a revised appointment where possible.

CLAUSE 4.2

Changes to information or services

Website descriptions are general information and may change as products, third-party platforms or service arrangements change. The accepted written proposal or service agreement records the scope that applies to your engagement.

CLAUSE 4.3

Using technology with care

Follow device instructions, maintain required power and connectivity, and arrange suitable human support for household members who need it. Do not use an AI feature as the sole safeguard for a person who may need immediate assistance.

CLAUSE 4.4

Updates to these terms

We may revise these terms when our website or services change. The date at the top shows when this page was last updated. Terms in an accepted written agreement continue to apply to that engagement where they differ from general website information.

Read the current version before proceeding.
